As part of the project for the construction of the Dalgrafit Mining and Processing Plant and its infrastructure, the following works have been carried out:

1. A 10 kW overhead line was built and put into operation along the route: Soyuznoye village — industrial site;

2. Access and inter-site roads have been built;

3. Construction of 110 kV overhead line and 110/35/10 kW transformer substation has been completed;

4. Mining and capital works and works on the construction of buildings and structures of the Topolikhinsky quarry and the industrial site of the Topolikhinsky quarry have been completed.

Currently, work is being carried out on the following objects:

1. General construction works, installation of metal structures and their fire protection with a finishing coating, installation of sandwich panels are carried out at the construction site «Dalgrafit Mining and Processing Plant». Installation of equipment and its testing, installation of trays and laying of power supply and automation cables are being carried out on the buildings of the main technological line.

2. At the construction site of the Dalgrafit Mining and Processing Plant Block-Modular Boiler House, work is being carried out on the installation of modules and equipment for a hot-water boiler house, and the installation of reinforced concrete structures for a steam boiler house.

3. Pipeline installation works are being carried out at the construction site of the Dalgrafit Water Intake facility.
