"Dalgraphite" signed agreements on strategic cooperation with the Public Joint-Stock Company SBERBANK and Korean company «Shindong Energokom inc»

The company «Dalgraphite» took part in the Eastern Economic Forum where presented its project for development one of the biggest in the world deposits of graphite «Soyuznoye».

Within the framework of the forum the company signed an agreement on strategic cooperation with the Far Eastern branch of the Public Joint-Stock Company SBERBANK. According to the conditions of the agreement SBERBANK will finance development of the deposit «Soyuznoye» on the territory of Jewish Autonomous Region during the nearest future.

Besides, «Dalgraphite» signed a memorandum on mutual understanding with «Shindong Energokom inc», a South Korean company managing enterprises in the field of agriculture, construction, renewable energy sources, mining of minerals. «Shindong Energokom inc» expressed its readiness to conclude an agreement with «Dalgraphite» for the term of 5 years concerning purchase of a part of graphite products in the future (off-take agreement). The South Korean company also intends to promote the project for development of the deposit «Soyuznoye» and to search for debt and joint-stock financing for its development.

The Eastern Economic Forum assembled leading experts in the field of economy, state management and business from Russia and countries of Asian-Pacific region. It was held on September 3-5. 2016 in Vladivostok.

President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin participated in the work of the forum as well as members of the government of RF, governors of the Far East federal district and representatives of big business.
