"Dalgraphite" became the key resident of the Amuro-Khinganskaya Advanced Special Economic Zone

By Decree of the Government of Russian Federation №847 dd. August. 27 2016 a new Advanced Special Economic Zone «Amuro-Khinganskaya» was created. «Dalgraphite» became one of the key residents of this territory. «Dalgraphite» implements the project for development of the graphite deposit Soyuznoye on the territory of Jewish Autonomous Region.

The project for commercial development of the deposit Souyznoye stipulates construction of mining and enrichment integrated plant with the annual production capacity of 40 th. tons of graphite as well as of a transshipment complex at the railway station Ungun in Leninsk district of Jewish Autonomous Region for shipment of graphite products.

Investments of the company into the project amount to 5,5 billion rubles. 2,18 billion rubles of this sum will be spent for infrastructural facilities.

The status of the resident of Advanced Special Economic Zone means a number of advantages:

0% profit tax, property tax, land tax during the first 5 years
0% entrance and export custom duties 
0% VAT for imported goods intended for treatment 
7,6% insurance rates instead of 30% for the investor during the first 10 years
free acquisition of land and available infrastructure
faster order of VAT return for exporters
absence of inspections without consent of the Ministry for Development of the Far East 
«one window» for the investor
free customs territory 
simplified state control 
faster and easier administrative procedures including obtaining permissions for construction works and customs formalities.
